Which of these local marketing services would you suggest implementing first?

Without a doubt, I suggest creating a mobile-friendly version of your current website! Why? When someone enters your web address into a smartphone, and it takes too much time to load or it can't be navigated easily because of unnecessary scrolling, s/he will go elsewhere. From the Google ThinkMobile presentation in April 2011, 1 out of every 3 mobile searches is now LOCAL. And of those searching for a local business, 61% then called that business and 59% actually visited that business.

How long does it take before I'd have my own mobile website?

Here's an overview: After you decide how many pages you'd like to have (5-6 are recommended), I use information either from your website or from information you provide, and create the first draft, usually within a week. Then, after making up to two revisions, your mobile website is ready to go.

Can you guarantee that my website will rank on page 1 in a Google search?

Unfortunately, no. The only guarantee I can make is that I'll do my best to optimize your listing. Google controls its algorithms, and changes them periodically. Listings may slip off page 1 for various reasons, most of which are only understood by Google.
