Without a doubt, I suggest creating a mobile-friendly version of your current website! Why? When someone enters your web address into a smartphone, and it takes too much time to load or it can't be navigated easily because of unnecessary scrolling, s/he will go elsewhere. From the Google ThinkMobile presentation in April 2011, 1 out of every 3 mobile searches is now LOCAL.
